Shipping & Delivery

Most orders arrive within 9–14 days of ordering, with full tracking. We ship to the United States, Germany, the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia and more.

Shipping is free on every order. In Germany you can also choose paid Express delivery at checkout. Taxes and any import duties are calculated at checkout.

Every order comes with full tracking. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

Shipping protection is optional and off by default. If you add it in your cart, it costs $5.00 per order, charged once no matter how many items you order. You can remove it any time before checkout. If something goes wrong with a protected delivery, email egermannkarl@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at egermannkarl@gmail.com with your order number, and include photos if it's damaged. We'll help you out.
