Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return your jacket. Just reach out to our support team and we'll help you out.

• Email egermannkarl@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
• We'll set up your return and reply with instructions.
• Pack the item securely and send it back.

Please return items unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you. Your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it.

If your jacket arrives damaged or the heating doesn't work, email egermannkarl@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll sort it out.
