Using the jacket, sizing, shipping and returns.
Is a power bank included?
No. The jacket runs from any 5V USB power bank, which isn't included. If you already have one for your phone, it will work. Our runtimes are based on a 10,000 mAh power bank. A smaller one runs for less time.
Is it for men or women?
Both. It's a unisex jacket with one regular fit, so there's no separate men's or women's version to choose. Our sizes run smaller than typical US sizes, so compare a jacket you own with the size guide, and size up if you're between sizes or like to layer underneath.
How do I use it?
Connect a USB power bank to the cable in the inside pocket, press the power button, and pick your heat level. That's it.
When you're done, unplug the power bank. The jacket is machine washable.
How long does the heat last?
It depends on the heat level you choose. With a 10,000 mAh power bank:
- Warm (~149°F): about 6–8 hours
- Comfort (~131°F): about 8–10 hours
- Eco (~113°F): about 10–12 hours
These are supplier estimates. Very cold weather, an older power bank, or running both buttons at once will shorten them.
Can I heat different areas separately?
Yes. The chest panel has two buttons. One heats the back and arms, the other heats the collar and belly. Run one group or both, each at its own level.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and remove the power bank, zip up the pockets, and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry.
What size should I get?
Our sizes run smaller than typical US sizes. Measure a jacket you already own and compare its chest and length with the size guide on the product page. If you're between sizes or like to layer underneath, size up.
How fast is shipping?
Most orders arrive within 12–17 days, with full tracking. Shipping is free on every order.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Just reach out to our support team and we'll help you out.
How do I get in contact?

How hot does it get?
Three levels on each button: Eco (blue light, about 113°F / 45°C), Comfort (white light, about 131°F / 55°C) and Warm (red light, about 149°F / 65°C). These are the supplier's rated heating temperatures, not the air temperature inside the jacket.
Can I wear it with the heat off?
Yes. It's a padded, hooded jacket of moderate thickness with quilted sleeves and back, so it works as a regular winter jacket when the heat is off.
Can I mix colors in a bundle?
Yes. In a Pair or Family three bundle, you choose the color and size of each jacket separately.
Can I take it on a plane?
The jacket itself has no battery. Power banks are usually only allowed in carry-on bags, so check your airline's rules before you fly.
